and can be accessed through the web or the Secure Portal app on iOS and Android.

The customer participates inside an environment owned and controlled by your organisation. Your company determines who is set up, who can manage them, how the environment is branded and how access is governed. Clients have no independent vaults and cannot use the system to email external recipients.
How it works

New users are set up by an admin or superadmin rather than signing themselves up independently.

Staff and clients can sign in at your dedicated secure-comm.com address or use
the Secure Portal app on iOS or Android to send messages, share files and work
with customer communications directly. Client users cannot email outside this environment.
Your staff can keep using business email
Your company users can send from your existing email system and add a simple instruction to choose how the communication should be handled. Client users remain inside the controlled environment and cannot email out of the system.

Secure Communications includes the same lightweight document signing and electronic acceptance tools as StayPrivateMail.

Customers can open PDFs, Word documents and similar files, add a signature, date or text wherever required, and return the updated document securely.
Electronic acceptance
Accept or reject the document
For documents that require an explicit decision, customers can accept or reject the contents as presented. The response records device and IP information as part of the audit record.
