The customer participates inside an environment owned and controlled by your organisation. Your company determines who is set up, who can manage them, how the environment is branded and how access is governed.

The superadmin sits above the administrator structure and can manage every user across the company's Secure Communications environment.

Secure Communications includes the same lightweight document signing and electronic acceptance tools as StayPrivateMail.

Customers can open PDFs, Word documents and similar files, add a signature, date or text wherever required, and return the updated document securely.
Electronic acceptance
Accept or reject the document
For documents that require an explicit decision, customers can accept or reject the contents as presented. The response records device and IP information as part of the audit record.
